About TTLCI

The Taylor Lang Change Initiative (TTLCI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and shaping the future of talented youth in the metropolitan Detroit area ages 5-18 (Grades K-12) by providing mentorship and industry-driven workshops in etiquette, personal, and talent development, entrepreneurship, branding, modeling, event planning, public speaking, and creative expression within the fashion industry.  Recognizing the need for structured development programs that foster creativity, motivation, work ethic, and career preparedness, The Taylor Lang Change Initiative offers hands-on learning experiences that build confidence, professionalism, and leadershipship skills.

Our Mission

To create a world where talented youth can prepare for success in adulthood and creative industries through immersive workshops, such as
